Sinclairs Restaurant
Legend has it that in 1894 a horse, owned by a local prospector, kicked at the ground and uncovered a huge piece of gold bearing quartz. This accidental discovery lead to the uncovering of one of the richest gold reefs to be mined in Australia. The horse’s name was Norseman. The prospector’s name was Laurie Sinclair. Our restaurant is proudly named in Laurie’s honour.
